WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS: Shipping times range from 5-14 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items is free
FOR PRINTS: The most cost-effective shipping carrier is selected based on a weight coefficient for each item ordered and its destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges as they must be crated. All additional crate fees are included in the product total.
APO shipping is charged at full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact me with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
FOR PRINTS: I will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. I may request to have the presentation / order returned and would provide a return shipping label. I do not provide a refund based on customer preference. I will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact hello@zabearts.com.
FOR ORIGINALS: I do not accept returns, all sales are FINAL.
