ACRYLIC
Most of these pieces were painted during the 2020 lockdown, during a time when energy and hope were low. Many pieces show smiling faces and splashes of colour, and they were my answer to the pandemic context. Painting them and then reflecting on them in my studio helped me find positive energy and good vibes, and led to my latest inspiration (in a different style) called Peacock Swirl. For these artworks, I used acrylic paint and concentrated on expressing liveliness, movement and emotions. I hope they will also put a smile on your face!
